Contact us for any question or additional information you may require.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>House addition \/ extension<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Interior and Exterior layout work<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Based on ideas and drawings provided by the client &#8211; We will manage sub-contractors, construction work and follow-up with client<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fixed or hourly rate pricing service; based on the nature of the project and a needs assessment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Project management<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>We analyze projects with clients, put together a feasibility analysis and follow-up with clients throughout the project<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Planning<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Primary analysis, meeting with architects, designers and engineers &#8211; according to the nature of project<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget preparation and consultation<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>We go over the available budget and project criteria, prioritize the operation phases according to budget, research suitable sub-contractors and work with clients to maximize the \u201creturn\u201d on your investment<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Turnkey projects<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>We will guide you through the conception of your plan\/ideas provided by our designers and\/or architects; from the initial construction to the installation of furniture, accessories and\/or cabinetry. We will also be there to support you from the project delivery to the finishing stage.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Major renovation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Removal of loadbearing wall and the installation of support beams<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>We will coordinate the acquirement of engineering plans, structural drawings and do the construction work<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We invite you to contact us via phone or email.
