  Based on ideas and drawings provided by the client – We will manage sub-contractors, construction work and follow-up with client
• Fixed or hourly rate pricing service; based on the nature of the project and a needs assessment
• Project management
  We analyze projects with clients, put together a feasibility analysis and follow-up with clients throughout the project
• Planning
  Primary analysis, meeting with architects, designers and engineers – according to the nature of project
• Budget preparation and consultation
  We go over the available budget and project criteria, prioritize the operation phases according to budget, research suitable sub-contractors and work with clients to maximize the “return” on your investment
• Turnkey projects
  We will guide you through the conception of your plan/ideas provided by our designers and/or architects; from the initial construction to the installation of furniture, accessories and/or cabinetry. We will also be there to support you from the project delivery to the finishing stage.
• Major renovation
• Removal of loadbearing wall and the installation of support beams
  We will coordinate the acquirement of engineering plans, structural drawings and do the construction work
